Fifield is blessed with lots of walks in every direction. Over time we hope to update this page with lots of descriptions of walks, and hopefully contributions from villagers. Many villagers are also dog walkers and there is a useful dog waste bin at the entrance to the Recreation Ground.
To get us all started here is a link to the interactive map hosted by Oxfordshire County Council which details all the public access rights of way. You can zoom in on it and move around it. Just give it a moment or two to draw the walks up as initially it does not show anything and then walking paths appear all over.

Here are some links to recommended walks. In the winter time many of the walks will be muddy so wellington boots are a good idea, and do watch out for ground level brambles that have tripped over even the most experienced locals.
