Rosie yet again filled the Parish Hall with Fifield residents keen to taste her latest recipes – and support her fundraising for DEC Earthquake appeal. Delicious butter chicken was followed by uperb apple parfait and apple granita with 2 different types of homemade honeycomb. Although we had happy full tummies, most people also made room for the surprise cheese and port course. Altogether Rosie helped the village raise over £700 for the DEC Appeal. The effort Rosie puts into her Charity Supper evenings is tremendous and we really do appreciate her and here she is explaining how much the evening raised.
